It is with great deal of excitement that I stand before you
today as the 2009 President of Chapter 204 Star Touring &
Riding. I have been a member of this chapter for four years
now and to this day I am proud to say that I have enjoyed
wearing our colors and the representation for which it stands!
I am confident you share this same enthusiasm as I do as we
approach the 2009 riding season. As we move forward with
great expectations, we should be cognizant of the fact that a
strong foundation has been laid that can take us to a level that
dreams are made of and with the support of each member,
will all be realized.

Today we stand strong with 51 members, both men and
women, with a camaraderie that others can only rival. We
visited many new places in 2008 and combined family and fun
during our newer group events, SWB Yankees game and our
miniature golf event.

Let our Mantra be one that promotes safety, humor and growth
as well as continuing a strong relationship with our Sponsor.
Let it be one that promotes commitment through hard work
and sacrifice as we strive to improve attendance at all chapter
and non-chapter related functions. Let our meetings be
productive and our rides give us reason to smile as we share
the enjoyment of being with each other throughout the year.

Our challenges are simple but our efforts must be greater in
order to reach our aforementioned goals. As a team, I hope
that you will all bring new and creative ideas and concepts
towards ourcontinued success. It is with confidence that I can
boldly say that 2009 will not only be most rewarding to us as a
STAR Chapter but to the communities and individuals we have
chosen to support.

In closing let me simply say once again that I am honored to
represent you and that I am fully prepared to continue as
President and ask that each of you provide continued support
in all we do as we create memories that will last a lifetime and
remember, If you don’t ride…you don’t know!
